How to care for us!

• For best care, we recommend cleaning all cups by hand using mild detergent and a soft cleaning cloth. Dry immediately using a soft dish towel. 

• Place on a drying rack the ‘right way up’ to dry completely.

• If required, wash in domestic dishwasher on a low temperature setting (50C).

• Avoid washing in dishwasher regularly and avoid temperature settings above 50C if possible. 

• Remove the cup from the dishwasher immediately after cycle finishes, dry with a soft towel and place on drying rack the ‘right way up’ to dry completely.

• Do not wash in an industrial dishwasher.

• Use of harsh cleaning chemicals or abrasive cloths may damage the artwork and coating over time.

• Regular cleaning using a dishwasher, or cleaning at high temperatures may damage the artwork and coating over time.

• Avoid contact with sharp objects, abrasive materials, rough surfaces or open flames.

• Do not use in oven, microwave or on a stovetop.

• Deliberate or reckless use may damage the coating of the product.

• If there is visible damage to the coating on the inside or rim, do not use this cup.

• Not following these care instructions may damage the product and void any kind of quality guarantee.
